Day 1 – Arrival to Tel Aviv
Welcome to Israel!
Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport.
Welcome and meet your Cristina Travel representative.
Transfer to Tel Aviv to freshen up at the hotel and meet your guide.
In the afternoon, walk along the beautiful authentic streets in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, characterized by its many galleries, local artists, and boutique stores.
Enjoy dinner at a local home with Eat With, a communal dining experience.

Day 2 – Tel Aviv
Start you first full day in Israel with a SUP (stand up paddle boarding) lesson at one of Tel Aviv’s stunning beaches.
Enjoy lunch on a culinary tour of the lively Carmel Market, the city’s largest and busiest outdoor markets.
Embark on a graffiti tour through the streets south of the city.
In the evening, experience Tel Aviv’s best bars and soak up its renowned and effervescent nightlife!

Day 3 – Caesarea
Depart to one of the most beautiful sites in the country at Caesarea, seeing the remains of the once magnificent port built by Herod the Great, as well as the Roman Amphitheater and hippodrome.
Explore the site and enjoy the open-air views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Lunch will be hosted by a Druze family (who form part of a small Middle Eastern sect), featuring traditional Druze cuisine and the opportunity to learn about the religion and traditions.
Leave for the city of Haifa and visit the magnificent, sculptured Baha’i Gardens.
In the evening, we will gather in a cafe in the German Colony for a drink.

Day 4 – Acre – Rosh Hanikra
Travel to the very north of Israel to visit the ancient city of Acre, the site of The Hospitaller Fortress and spectacular Knights’ Halls, the El-Jazzar Mosque and the walls of the old city.
Continue to Rosh Hanikra, located in the north-western corner of Israel, the only point in the country where the sea meets the mountains.
After lunch, climb Keshet Cave, a wonderful lookout for capturing breathtaking pictures!
Travel to Tiberias for the night.

Day 5 – Sea of Galilee
After a traditional Mediterranean breakfast spread, we will visit the city of Nazareth, stopping at a halva factory to learn the secrets of making one of the Middle East’s most delicious sweet treats.
For lunch, we will dine at a restaurant by the Sea of Galilee, where Saint Peter’s fish (tilapia) is on the menu, followed by a visit to the interesting Christian sites around the Sea of Galilee.

Day 6 – Golan Heights
Drive to the Golan Heights where we will have time to take in the panoramic views from Mount Bental, where former Israeli Army bunkers remain.
A region known for its fine wines, we will also visit a local winery to hear its story and taste some of the delicious varietals.
Stop for coffee, baklava and to converse with a local resident about the history of the Golan Heights.

Day 7 – Masada/Dead Sea
Start the day with a short hike to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and swim in the magnificent David’s Waterfall.
Drive to the ancient Masada Fortress, where we will ascend and descend by cable car. We can also arrange a climb to the peak at sunrise – truly a once in a lifetime experience!
Continue onto the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, to float on the salty, mineral rich water, and cover yourself with natural therapeutic mud. Your skin will never feel healthier!

Day 8 – Jerusalem/Segway Tour /Mahane Yehuda Market
Start the day with a Segway tour around the city, visiting Mishkenot Sha’ananim, the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the Old City, continuing onto other parts of Jerusalem to experience the city from the best vantage points.
After, we will walk to the renowned Mahane Yehuda Market for a mouthwatering tasting tour! Chat with many of the market’s vendors to discover the unique and fascinating stories behind the people, and experience the market through its smells, tastes and lively atmosphere. Take some time to shop and buy some of the best spices, nuts, dried fruits and Middle Eastern desserts in the country.
In the evening, experience a traditional Shabbat (Sabbath) dinner with a host family, tasting traditional “Friday night dinner” food and joining in with songs among friends.

Day 9 – Old City of Jerusalem
Visit the Old City of Jerusalem and its four quarters, each with its own unique history, architecture, cuisine and atmosphere.
Walk to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
Enjoy a lunch of hummus in the Old City.
Continue through the Jewish Quarter to visit the Western Wall.
Sample the best dessert the Old City has to offer with its knaffe , a pastry of shredded wheat and goat’s cheese, doused in sweet syrup. Continue to the Oriental Bazaar to buy souvenirs and keepsakes from the trip!
Experience Mahne Yehuda by night, when the market reopens with a sprawl of restaurants and bars. Partake in a pub crawl and meet young people from all over the country.

Day 10 – Jerusalem/ Ben Gurion Airport
Wave goodbye to the city of gold as you depart for the airport.
